Administrative tasks to ensure customer accounts are updated
Prompt and professional response to all calls and enquiries
Negotiating payment arrangements with customers on client’s behalf
Identifying potential sales opportunities with commercial customers
Building excellent client care relationships by providing timely updates on progress of accounts
Ability to manage difficult conversations with professionalism and honesty
Adhering to personal KPIs set
